With 30 years’ experience as a professional accountant, including 12-years in commercial roles in Queensland, I know how to look at issues from the client perspective.
My commercial experience allows me to apply my technical skills to the firm’s clients at an operational and practical level. My clients see me as a true advisor, able to place myself in their shoes and understand how to help them find a practical solution as well as understanding the stresses involved when encountering problems in your own business.
I have honed my skills across all facets of the professional accounting practice including taxation, audit, accounting and business advisory while my commercial experience has enabled me to understand the specific taxation and operational issues relating to small and medium businesses, building, construction and property development operations as well as the audit and financial reporting of sporting organisations.
Married with 2 daughters, I ensure that the team at CBC know the importance of a Work Life balance, and that as a team we provide a greater combined skill set for our clients.
